Ive been using this app ever since I got back into running about 4 years ago and its kept track of everything every week and never fails. Take pictures of your run and store them in the app. Great app!
As an overweight person tracking everything in and everything out, this is a great tool to keep me on track with the everything out. I set a goal of 400 miles walking a year and it helps me track and pace myself, giving me detailed results of each event and great statistical summaries.
This app is most helpful on my daily walk.
Im a high school runner and this is a great app. 10/10 recommend
Must must must have app for both beginners and intermediate runners use it every run
Great app for keeping up with your workouts!!
Super application jadore
Es tut was es soll.?
Awesome app. No more GPS watch.
This app is great for tracking all my runs. Better, its well integrated with other apps -- like Road Bike -- in a way that allows you to track all your activity and fitness measurements. Update: Needs support for Apple Watch Series 2 so that it can track runs without having to carry around my phone. This has been promised, but still hasnt materialized.
Had this app for three years and Im finally rating so theyll stop bugging me. Too many ads in the "pro" version even. But overall useful, and I like that you can see and use other peoples running and biking routes. I also like the update that automatically detects when youve stopped moving to pause the run.
As we all know, privacy has become paramount in today society. Some of us like our privacy and would like to have the option to either use location always or while using like many other apps out there already have both options. You may have the best privacy statement and policy, but the best way that I can protect my privacy is to not give you my info in the first place. I will check the app periodically to see if that option has been added. Until then, its just wasting valuable space on my.....#DELETED
Im an avid runner and love the features in the app. The key is that it just works, every time. The only issue I have is that it does not work independently on the Apple Watch, fix this and youve got the perfect training companion/log.
The Best of The Best!
I use this to track my runs, bike rides and hikes. Lots of other activity types to track if you choose. Its easy to use and gives good feedback. You can choose between miles and kilometers. Estimates calories burnt. Lets you track your progress. I would recommend it if youre looking for a fitness tracker.
I use it to track my hiking time and distance, I also use it to track my biking time and distance. I can look at my exercise history to compare how I am doing now and how long it took me earlier. I love this app. I had several apps to track my exercise and found this to be the best.
After many updates, you still have to take your phone to track run when using the Apple Watch. Until then there is Runkeeper, Strava, and Nike+ Run Club.
The app stopped improving. The latest updates are just some "under the hood fixes". The stand alone Apple Watch app still hasnt materialized. And for that I actually grateful, because a month ago I started using Apple Watches Workout app and realized that for my purposes it is just good enough. So now I just use Runtastic for manual recording of my runs.
I like the app a lot and its now my go to application for fitness activity tracking. It has good data layout, nice options, configurability. It worked great on my older iPhone 4 but since upgrading to the iPhone 7+ Ive noticed the GPS consistently overestimates distance traveled. For example, this weekend I did a 16 mile hike that was logged as 30 miles. Gaia gets more accurate numbers so its not strictly GPS error but seems to be the algorithm. Given the primary feature is mileage it seems like a pretty critical flaw and hence the low rating.
