Stop spamming for reviews ESPECIALLY DURING AN ACTIVITY

Its ludicrous to interrupt an attempt interact with the app DURING AN ACTIVITY NO LESS with a request for feedback. Remove the constant spam and Ill submit the following 4 star rating:

Great app overall. A few suggestions:
1. Need ability to map routes on the phone without the web app.
2. Stop spamming the request for premium service. I paid for the all, I shouldnt have to buy premium service.
3. more preset workout goals
4. maybe some notes default keywords that you can tap instead of type?
