Where is my distance?? Poor customer service

Still waiting to hear back from customer service... I sent an email two months ago to customer service and Im still waiting to hear back from them. Where did my distance go?? It used to be visible as I was using GPS. Then one upgrade it just disappeared... if you want me to spend more money to get the distance feature back, just tell me. Otherwise, Ill keep rating the app as low as possible.
