Support Fitbit, remove premium banners

Please support Fitbit (maybe add them as partners) and other hardware, stop being a close platform that force people to use your hardware (not all people do like or enjoy that) or Casio.
Please stop that premium banner (you are still pushing that on your pro app).
Otherwise you are forcing people to choose other free apps.
