So frustrating!

I purchased this app after getting my Apple Watch, but I have had nothing but problems! The Watch locks up and have to shut down and restart. Half the time it doesnt record my heart rate. The Watch just looses connection. For the last two weeks I have tried to start from my Watch and told I need to finish setup. This is after switching to a new activity other than the one I have been using all week.
