Extreme frustration

Ive had an ever-escalating list of frustrations with this. Ive been using it for over 2 years. I would like to report bugs but the website forces me to sign up and create an account to do that. This mirrors my first issue which is that I paid for the "Pro" version which now nags me not once, not twice, but THREE times on each launch to then pay for a subscription which I do not want. Half the time I use it, it hits some internal corruption and isnt able to access my run history. I have to kill and restart it. It often crashes during runs and i have to stop running to restart it. On starting a run, it almost always immediately auto-pauses and then restarts for no apparent reason. If it auto-stops later in a run, it usually stops counting calories once it resumes, and I have to stop and restart the run. There is no way for me to export my data. No, I dont want to upload it to the Runtastic server. I did not signup for that. If I stop and then delete a run, usually the start button doesnt work anymore and I have to kill and restart the app. Then there are all the Apple Watch issues. The watch app is very laggy. Far more so than the Apple activities app. Half the time starting from the phone doesnt start the watch side at all. In my usual 1-2h runs the app almost always crashes on the watch. Often within 30min. The UI guidelines on the watch do not match what Apple does. for example the long press required to stop or start, which is deprecated and very hard to trigger during a run. This specific screen also often is messed up, showing two Finish buttons and a Pause button when Im trying to resume a paused run. After a run is complete, it doesnt show KM splits but instead shows 5min intervals. What is that all about?? Quite honestly I get the feeling that the people who build this app dont actually use it at all. Im pretty upset I paid money for this experience and poor support. If my data wasnt locked in I would already have moved to something else, and if it isnt fixed soon, I will move anyway.
