Excellent app but one problem

Why do you guys make this app want to track location all the time. I am an open person and I dont really care about the privacy issues but running gps in background can drain the battery very fast.Only very cheap apps in AppStore want to track your location all the time like Uber which I uninstalled. Im not uninstalling this because this app is about health.Please make the app better. Dont screw people who wants to improve in life.
